Franklin L. Schultz Franklin L. Schultz, 69, of Winslow entered into rest on Dec. 16, 2020, in Flagstaff. A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21, at Desert View Cemetery. Frank was a great man, who loved his family, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and his cousins. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his spouse, Laura Zel Schultz; daughter, Tara West; sisters, Geneva Sangster, Evelyn Mahkewa and Denise Molten; brothers, Leo Johnson, Mark Schultz, Loren Schultz, Stephen Schultz and Harrison Schultz; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by father, Hoover Schultz; mother, Mary Schultz; brothers, Larsen Schultz and Emery Schultz; sisters, Kathryn Morris and Carmelita Jodie; and nephew, Travis Jodie. Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow handled the arrangements.
