Holbrook had five track athletes compete in the divisional track meet held at Deer Valley High School over the weekend.
In the 100-meter dash, William Kinds again set a new school record in preliminary rounds with an 11.25. In the 100-meter finals, he finished seventh with a time of 11.56.
In the 200-meter, William Kinds placed 18th with a time of 23.51.
In the 400-meter, Tyler Woody placed 16th with a time of 52.58.
In the 1600-meter, Ian Masayesva placed 16th with a time of 4:41.09.
In the 3200-meter, Ian was 12th with a time of 9:59.62.
In the high jump, Dominick Gombos qualified but did not have an official jump.
In the girls’ shot put, Chelsey Begaye placed 10th with a distance of 31-03.
