Fay R. Ward, daughter of Henry Riley and Gertrude Williams Riley, was born June 5, 1949, in New Orleans, La., and passed away Sept. 14, 2026. She accepted Christ at an early age and later rededicated her life.
Fay married Oliser Ward Jr. on May 20, 1974, and together they raised three children: Sandra Lewis, Kesha Carter and Oliser Ward III. She retired from Arizona Public Service. Fay leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, children, sister, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the First Baptist Church in Holbrook. There will be a viewing the night prior from 4-6 p.m. at Owens Livingston Mortuary Holbrook Chapel.
