Before that she worked as an assistant manager at Family Dollar in Holbrook for many years. She was a warm and caring person and loved to help those in need. You could always expect a warm greeting from her which always included a hug.
Her family meant everything to her, and she enjoyed having so many children in her life to love, spoil, and nurture.
She doted on her three little dogs that brought great joy to her life with their silly antics.
She was a great seamstress, was skilled in crafting of all kinds, and loved finding a good yard sale and hosting plenty of her own.
Her family is very appreciative of all the support and condolences received from the community that she loved.
Carol will be laid to rest in Holbrook Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, with a celebration of life to immediately follow at the American Legion. The family is requesting that, if possible, attendees wear something purple or something with butterflies to honor Carol.
