Elsie Mae Williams, 78, entered into rest at her home in Winslow on July 13, 2018. She was born Jan. 5, 1940, in Howell Mesa. Elsie liked to travel and was a Navajo rug weaver. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, with services to follow at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church. Interment will take place at Desert View Cemetery. She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Naha, Sera Holder, Linda Duran; and brother, Clarence Williams. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Annie Williams; brothers, James Andrew Williams, Eugene Reginald Williams, Delford Orville Williams and Francis Jim Williams; and niece, Beatrice Naha.
