Photo by Richard LarsenWith heavy rains come debris run off and that’s created a problem in Winslow’s Clear Creek, as branches and other organic material block the waterway. According to City Manager Dave Coolidge, that portion of the creek is on state lands and the city is working with the state on a clean-up solution.
