Cecil Fisher, beloved husband and father, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at his home with his family by his side. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, April 29, at Norvel Owens Mortuary in Flagstaff. A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, at Victorious Life Christian Center, located at 755 N. Bonito St. in Flagstaff. Burial will conclude services at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Desert View Cemetery in Winslow. He was born in Bakersfield, Calif., in 1943, and moved to Winslow at a very young age. He was known by many people because of his kindness, his love of God and through his charity. Survivors include his wife Eva; his daughter, Arianna; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
