A one-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 has claimed the life of a Lakewood, Calif., woman. According to the Department of Public Safety, at 4:52 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, Sheila Hernandez, 66, was traveling east on the freeway and was just east of Winslow when the vehicle drifted left, was overcorrected and rolled. Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene.
