The Homolovi Chapter of the Arizona Archaeological Society will meet at 7 o’clock tonight (Jan. 11) at the Winslow Chamber of Commerce Visitor Center (historic Lorenzo Hubbell Trading Post), located at 523 W. Second St. in Winslow. Speaker Rob Weiner will discuss New Perspectives on Chaco Canyon: The Importance of Mesoamerican Exotica and Gambling. You can also join members and the speaker for a no-host dinner at 5 o’clock tonight at La Posada’s Turquoise Room. All regular chapter meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month at the visitor center.
