In the talent portion, City of Winslow Public Works Director Tim Westover, “Miss Constructed,” called local businessman Andrew Bushman to the stage, where he was tethered to a board surrounded by balloons. Westover then pretended to shoot nails from a nail gun at Bushman, popping the balloons. The ruse was well received by the audience.
