Jason John, Frankie Barela, and Pete Beltran won the Tony Munoz/ Dan Koury Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament played last weekend at Holbrook’s Hidden Cove Golf Course with a score of 57.3. Second place went to the team of Cisco Lerma, Paul Ortega and Randy Ramirez with a 58.1. Hole prizes were awarded to Charles Darling for long drive, Frankie Barela and Tomas Hernandez for long putt, and Jason John for closest to the pin. More than $1,400 was raised for scholarships in the tourney that drew 21 golfers this year.
