Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 1, 2026, at 5:15 PM at Holbrook City Hall, located at 465 N. 1st Ave, Holbrook, AZ 86025, regarding the following requests:
David Smith requests approval of a Zone Change Permit affecting property owned by Jeffers Cattle Co. to change the zoning from Residential Ranch (RR) to Multi-Family Residential (RM-1) on the north end of Mission Ln for the following properties: 827 Mission Ln • APN 109-26-017B • APN 109-26-017C • APN 109-26-018C • APN 109-26-018D.
David Smith requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit affecting property owned by Lamm James B and Jean G to construct one triplex in the R-7 Single-Family Residential zoning district at 918 E. Hampshire St.
Jerry Barela requests approval of a Zone Change Permit to change the zoning from Single Family and Manufactured Home (RMH-1) to Single Family Residential (R-7) at 401 Anita Dr.
Ty Hatch, on behalf of Painted Desert Arms LLC, is requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment at 213 Hutchinson Rd to adjust the scope and use of their home-based retail firearms business approved under PUD-26-0001.
