PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES FOR HOLBROOK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT #3

is currently accepting sealed bids from qualified, professional photography vendors to provide comprehensive event and student photography services for the upcoming school year.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor will act as the primary district photography provider for school events.

Bidders must submit an individual, itemized cost proposal for each of the following distinct projects:

  • Yearbook Photos: Access to individual student and staff pictures to be used in the annual Holbrook High School yearbook.
  • Graduation Banners: Custom vinyl graduation banners designed for display during Graduation Week. (17” x 30”)
  • Graduation & Promotion Digital Coverage: Digital photography coverage for Graduation and Promotion ceremonies, including high-resolution, downloadable digital photo galleries for families via web pages.

Vendor Requirements

To be considered, all bidding vendors must meet the following minimum qualifications at the time of submission:

  • Must maintain and provide proof of Comprehensive General / Vendor Liability Insurance.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona Level 1 Identity Verified Print (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Independent Contractor/Vendor Status: The successful bidder will provide services as an independent contractor/vendor and not as an employee of Holbrook Unified School District #3. The vendor is responsible for its own business operations, equipment, supplies, taxes, insurance, and personnel necessary to perform the contracted services.

Late submissions will not be considered.
