ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT

AND RESTATEMENT OF

MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC

MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, hereby adopts the following Articles of Amendment and Restatement pursuant to A.R.S. §29-3202.

FIRST: The name of the Company is MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC.

SECOND: The initial Articles of Organization of the Company were filed on January 31, 2012, Entity ID L17361579.

THIRD: The Articles of Organization are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced as follows:

“Article I. Name: The name of the Limited Liability Company is MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC.

Article II. Registered Office. The address of the initial registered office of MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC is 622 W. Aspinwall, Winslow, Arizona 86047.

Article III. Statutory Agent. The statutory agent is JAMES HARRY MACLEAN. The address for the statutory agent is 622 W. Aspinwall Street, Winslow, Arizona 86047.

Article IV. Dissolution Date. There is no specified date on which MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC must dissolve.

Article V. Management. The management of MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC is vested in one or more Managers, whose identities and terms of office shall be set forth in the written Operating Agreement of MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC.

Article VI. Name and Address of Member(s) and Manager(s). The following is the name and business, residence or mailing address of the members and the managers of MACLEAN PROPERTIES LLC.

JAMES HARRY MACLEAN, as Co-Trustee of the J&L MacLean Revocable Trust, Dated July 1, 2026, Member and Manager

Article VII: Purpose: The purpose for which the limited liability company is organized is to transact any lawful business for which a limited liability company may be organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, and the Company shall have all the powers granted to a limited liability company under the laws of Arizona.”
