ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT
AND RESTATEMENT OF

1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, hereby adopts the following Articles of Amendment and Restatement pursuant to A.R.S. §29-3202.
FIRST: The name of the Company is 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC.
SECOND: The initial Articles of Organization of the Company were filed on March 19, 2021, Entity ID 23198858.
THIRD: The Articles of Organization are hereby deleted in their entirety and replaced as follows:
“Article I. Name: The name of the Limited Liability Company is 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC.
Article II. Registered Office. The address of the initial registered office of 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC is 517 W. Henderson Street, Winslow, Arizona 86047.
Article III. Statutory Agent. The statutory agent is TED ELWIN PATE. The address for the statutory agent is 517 W. Henderson Street, Winslow, Arizona 86047.
Article IV. Dissolution Date. There is no specified date on which 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC must dissolve.
Article V. Management. The management of 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC is vested in one or more Managers, whose identities and terms of office shall be set forth in the written Operating Agreement of 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC.
Article VI. Name and Address of Member(s) and Manager(s). The following is the name and business, residence or mailing address of the members and the managers of 1020 WEST FIRST STREET LLC.
