IN THE MАTTER OF THE ESTATE OF ANNE M. OEHLERKING AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE DONALD AND ANNE OEHLERKING TRUST ALSO KNOWN AS THE DONALD J. AND ANNE M. OEHLERKING TRUST AND ALSO KNOWN AS THE DONALD J. AND ANNE M. OEHLERKING REVOCABLE TRUST Notice is hereby given that Anne M. Oehlerking died on June 13, 2026 and a probate proceeding is not being initiated. Anne M. Oehlerking was the surviving Grantor and the surviving Primary Co-Trustee of The Donald and Anne Oehlerking Trust also known as The Donald J. and Anne M. Oehlerking Trust and also known as The Donald J. and Anne M. Oehlerking Revocable Trust (collectively referred to as the “Trust”). Rhonda Kay Whitley is the surviving Trustee of the Trust and the sub-trusts created thereunder. All persons having claims against the Estate of Anne M. Oehlerking or the Trust, including the sub-trusts created thereunder are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or the claims will be forever barred.
