The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 4 during the period of July 19-25. Area 4 covers approximately 1,800 square miles, and encompasses the unincorporated areas of Snowflake/Taylor, Shumway, Cedar Hills, White Mountain Lake and Show Low Pines. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by the officers are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, Anthony Padilla, 55, of Show Low was arrested for assault, threatening and intimidating, and aggravated assault after deputies were dispatched to the 1700 block of Allen Place in White Mountain Lake for a report of an assault. Padilla was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
