Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 20, 2026, at 5:15 PM at Holbrook City Hall, located at 465 N. 1st Ave, Holbrook, AZ 86025, regarding the following requests:
David Smith requests approval of a Zone Change Permit affecting property owned by Jeffers Cattle Co. to change the zoning from Residential Ranch (RR) to Multi-Family Residential (RM-1) at 827 Mission Ln.
David Smith requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit affecting property owned by Lamm James B and Jean G to construct two duplexes in the R-7 Single-Family Residential zoning district at 918 E. Hampshire St.
Tricia Seymore requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to construct one duplex in the R-7 Single-Family Residential zoning district at 328 W. Erie St.
