The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of June 28 – July 4. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 11:25 a.m. on Monday, June 29, Eleanor Baker, 49, of Chandler, was arrested for theft after deputies were dispatched to the 2100 block of B Street in Overgaard for a report of theft. Baker was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
Tuesday, June 30, Jared Hatch, 47, of Taylor was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on Papermill Road at milepost 3 in Taylor.
At 4:43 p.m. on Saturday, July 4, Seann Moran, 46, of Overgaard, was arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked/cancelled license after deputies made contact with Moran in the Heber area. Moran was arrested and booked into county jail.
