CITY OF HOLBROOK PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 23, 2026, at 5:15 PM at Holbrook City Hall, located at 465 N. 1st Ave, Holbrook, AZ 86025, regarding the following requests:
Second Hearing: Ty Hatch, on behalf of Painted Desert Arms LLC, requests approval of a Planned Unit Development Application to allow a small retail firearms business within an existing single-family residence at 213 Hutchinson Road.
Wayne Sekaquaptewa, on behalf of Hopi Telecommunications Inc., requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to expand an existing legal nonconforming telecommunications compound at 627 Mission Lane, Parcel No. 109-26-004, located immediately north of 625 Mission Lane.
David Smith, on behalf of Arizona State Contracting, requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to construct two duplexes in the R-7 Single-Family Residential zoning district at Parcel No. 109-02-105, located immediately west of 614 W. Arizona Street.
