The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of May 24-30. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 7:07 p.m. on Monday, May 25, Chirstopher Williams, 20, of Avondale, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 307 in the Heber area.
At 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, Alexander Spear, 18, of Overgaard was arrested for assault/domestic violence after deputies were dispatched to the 2900 block of Wahoo Road in Overgaard for a report of an assault. Spear was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 5:05 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, Stefanie Spear, 42, of Overgaard, was arrested for driving on a suspended/revoked/canceled license following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at Lumber Valley Road in Overgaard. Spear was booked into the county jail.
At 7:28 p.m. on Friday, May 29, Jennifer Aguirre, 62, of Overgaard, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage after deputies were dispatched to the 2900 block of Pine Rim Road in Overgaard for a report of a disorderly subject. Aguirre was booked into the county jail.
