Last week Holbrook High School hosted the NextWave Workforce Expo last week, an annual interactive career fair produced by Grow Arizona Workforce Network and funded by SciTech Institute. Now in its fourth year, the event brought together hundreds of students from Holbrook, Joseph City, and Winslow high schools to explore regional career opportunities through hands-on activities. Local employers and industry representatives offered insights into fields such as law enforcement, healthcare, technology and renewable energy. Northland Pioneer College representatives were also on site to discuss educational pathways and training programs to help students reach their career goals.

Grow Arizona Workforce Network has on-campus centers in Joseph City, Holbrook, St. Johns and Round Valley, working with students and assisting staff to ensure that every youth can create a post-secondary pathway, whether to college, trade school or direct to work.
