The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 4 during the period of Sept. 28 – Oct 4. Area 4 covers approximately 1,800 square miles, and encompasses the unincorporated areas of Snowflake/Taylor, Shumway, Cedar Hills, White Mountain Lake and Show Low Pines. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by the officers are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 4:02 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 1, Zachary Garvis, 26, of Snowflake, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 5100 block of Raven Road in Snowflake for a report of a disorderly subject. Garvis was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 11:25 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 3, Antonia Luca, 41, of Scottsdale, was cited and released for assault after deputies were dispatched to the 27700 block of State Route 260 in Overgaard for a report of an assault.
