One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of April 16-25, according to dispatcher reports.
At 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, a two-vehicle, non-injury collision occurred on State Route 77 and State Route 180. The vehicles involved were a motor home driven by Kenneth Nelson, 60, of Boxelder, S.D., and a white 2024 Nissan Kicks driven by Nikhil Mujumdar, 38, of Houston, Texas. According to the report, Nelson was traveling south on State Route 77 and turned east on State Route 180. Mujumdar was at the stop sign on State Route 180 and was over the white line and was struck by the motor home. Mujumdar was cited for failure to avoid a collision.
