William Roy “Willy” Latham, age 78, passed away on Sept. 29, 2024, with his children by his side. He was born March 29, 1946, in Regina N.M.
He is survived by his son, Elden (Charlotte) Latham; daughters, Lorna (Joe) Latham and Jackie Latham; his grandchildren, Carlos (Amber) Barela, Patrick Barela, Derek (Mariah) Latham, Yolanda (Levi) Miano, Haley (Brandon) Kennedy; 10 great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Helen Watson, Alene Lassater and George Latham.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward C. Latham and Lena M. “Tisher” Latham; and his siblings, Anna Mae, Bessie and Little Johnny.
Willy graduated high school from Cuba, N.M., and moved to Holbrook, where he drove a truck hauling fuel for over 40 years.
The family will be having a celebration of life and potluck at 12 noon, on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the American Legion in Holbrook.
