The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of July 28 – Aug. 3. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 5:39 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 2, Jacob Spencer, 40, of Snowflake, was arrested for failure to comply with a court order after deputies were dispatched to the 1900 block of Single Tree Way in Heber for a report of a disorderly subject. Spencer was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 3:59 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3, Camilo Parra-Legarda, 44, of Los Lunas, N.M., was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 308 in the Heber area.
