Photo by Linda Kor The first evening Mother Road Farmers Market in Winslow provided a bounty of fresh fruits, locally-grown honey, handmade crafts, clothing, jewelry, and delicious microgreen provided by High Country Microgreens, which is owned by Robert Church (pictured). Not only can you pick up some dense nutrient greens, you get to share in some great conversation and walk away feeling like you’ve done something good for yourself. The Mother Road Farmers Market will be open every 6-9 p.m., every Friday through August located behind the chamber of commerce on Second Street. The evening also includes some home-grown entertainment and a variety of food trucks cooking up some savory foods. Come out and be a part of something that’s sure to grow.
