The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Feb. 4-10. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5, Saul Palomo, 50, of Overgaard, was arrested for DUI/drugs following a traffic stop on the 3500 block of Timberlake Drive in Overgaard. Palomo was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At 5:29 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, Mark Nash, 27, of Overgaard, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault and domestic violence after deputies were dispatched to the 2300 block of Quarter Horse Trail in Overgaard for a disorderly subject. Nash was booked into the county jail.
At 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, Joshua Wessels, 46, of Gilbert was arrested for DUI/drugs after deputies were dispatched to the area of State Route 260 at milepost 301 in Heber for a welfare check. Wessels was booked into the county jail.
At 12:01 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, Ricky Brewer Jr., 38, of Overgaard, was arrested for shoplifting after deputies were dispatched to the 2800 block of State Route 260 in Heber for a report of theft. Brewer was booked into the county jail.
At 6:48 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, Khaila Connolly, 24, of Overgaard, was arrested for disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of Sunset Trail in Overgaard for a report of a disorderly subject. Connolly was booked into the county jail.
At 2:42 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, Jaci Smith, 29, of Gilbert, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 308 in Heber.
At 11:17 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, Tyler Bilbro, 34, of Snowflake, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at milepost 308.5 in the Heber area.
At 5:38 p.m. on Saturday, Timothy Branch, 35, of Mesa, was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at Mogollon Drive in Heber.
