The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Dec. 17-23. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt.
At 6:40 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 15, Ricky Brewer Jr., 38, of Overgaard, was arrested for trespassing after deputies were dispatched to the 2000 block of Thousand Pines Drive in Heber for a trespassing call. Brewer was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
At. 11:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17, Jon Grisolano, 45, of Overgaard, was arrested for aggravated DUI and DUI while driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop on the 2100 block of Fishermans Road in Overgaard. Grisolano was booked into the county jail.
