Holbrook voters approved a maintenance and operations override for Holbrook Unified School District No. 3 in the Nov 7 election. This is a continuance of the 10% M&O override that HUSD currently has in place. It passed with 610 ballots cast in favor and 280 against. The outcome included two overvotes and three undervotes, for a total of 895 votes. Snowflake Unified School District’s request from resident voters for the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of a principal amount not to exceed $18 million was not so fortunate, failing to pass with 890 ballots cast in favor and 1,013 voting against. The outcome included no overvotes and two undervotes, for a total of 1,905 votes cast.
