Navajo violinist Kylie Jim will play the National Anthem at the Phoenix Suns and Minnesota Timberwolves basketball game on Nov. 15, in the Footprint Center in Phoenix. Jim, who plays other instruments, is with the contemporary gospel group August Remedy of Leupp Round Cedar Nazarene Church. Jim stated, “I’m thankful for this opportunity, an opportunity to inspire, uplift and represent myself, my Navajo Tribe and my family…Hozhoo goo deiniikaadoo (We’ll walk in beauty).
