These persons are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. Monday, Aug. 7: Randilena Kee, 22, a warrant. Tuesday, Aug. 8: Leroy Simon, 50, a warrant. Wednesday, Aug. 9: Frederick Dennison, 59, possession of alcohol in violation of city ordinance. Thursday, Aug. 10: Bryan Dixon, 37, an open container violation and two warrants. Friday, Aug. 11: Kerry Nalwood, 30, disorderly conduct; Nathaniel Nalwood, 33, assault; and Ernie Spencer, 68, trespassing and violation of a court order. Saturday, Aug. 12: None listed. Sunday, Aug. 13: Alyssa Tsinigine, 33, possession of a narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Derrick Crosby, 32, assault.
