The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 4 during the period of May 7-13. Area 4 covers approximately 1,800 square miles, and encompasses the unincorporated areas of Snowflake/Taylor, Shumway, Cedar Hills, White Mountain Lake and Show Low Pines. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by the officers are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 12:05 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, Timm Denbeste, 54, of Snowflake was arrested for trespassing, possession of a weapon by a prohibited possessor, threatening and intimidating, and disorderly conduct after deputies were dispatched to the 3800 block of Del Cantento Road east of Snowflake for a report of threatening. Denbeste was booked into the Navajo County Jail.
