The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity in Area 3 during the period of Nov. 27 – Dec. 3. Area 3 includes Heber, Overgaard, Aripine, Chevelon Retreat, Chevelon Acres, Antelope Valley, Clay Springs and Pinedale. Persons who were cited, charged or arrested by deputies are accused of committing criminal activity, but such accusations should raise no inference of guilt. At 4:28 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, Tyler Hill, 33, of Overgaard was arrested for possession and/or use of a narcotic drug after deputies made contact with Hill on the 2900 block of Breezy Pine Drive in Overgaard. Hill was booked into the Navajo County Jail. At 10:47 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, Larry Linton, 58, of Payson was cited and released for criminal speeding following a traffic stop on State Route 260 at Parkway Street in Heber.
