On Sept. 16, the Bulldogs continued their roller coaster season in Show Low to meet the bigger and faster Cougars.
In the first quarter, the Cougars would score early with a handoff from quarterback Nash Brewer to Ryan Kishbaugh from the five yard-line, with the point after good Show Low started the game, 7-0.
The Cougars’ Colton Tidwell would score on a blocked Bulldog punt point making the score giving Show Low 15. The Cougars would score again on a 34-yard pass to Ray Pedroza with the point after. On the Cougars final scoring drive of the quarter Kishbaugh would go 34 yards on a pass run for the touchdown and point after, making the score Show Low, 29 and Winslow, 0.
In the second quarter Cougar Kishbaugh would score on a pass point after good and then Cougars would score the next two touchdowns on quarterback keepers and the half would end with Show Low, 50 and Winslow, 0.
The second half would start with a running clock and the final scoring run of the game would be on a 31-yard run by Cougar Carson Cooper with the point after good making the final score Show Low, 57 and Winslow, 0.
Next Friday the Bulldogs will be back home at Nasser Stadium for homecoming hosting Monument Valley.
