One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of Aug. 9-16, according to dispatcher reports. At 3:55 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 15, a two-vehicle hit and run collision occurred in the 200 block of Mission Lane. The vehicles involved were a white Pontiac Grand Prix owned by Genesis Pratt, 29, of Holbrook and an unidentified black vehicle. According to the reporting party, a loud crash was heard and when investigated the Grand Prix had sustained damages to the rear of the vehicle on the drivers side and the tail light. The vehicle that caused the damage had fled the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
