Mother Teresa said, “Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier.” Wouldn’t we love anyone that comes to Holbrook to feel that way? How do we get there? Through positive actions to effect positive change. We start by updating the City’s Strategic Plan, creating a budget that focuses on our priority projects, utilizing outside resources, collaborating with those entities that are already working hard for Holbrook, and giving these organizations the support they need.
We need to fortify partnerships with every organization in Holbrook. We need to support our businesses and our proactive citizens, who through volunteerism, neighborly interactions, and the countless acts of kindness that go unseen, are making Holbrook a place they are happy to call home.
For the last 10 years I’ve been involved with community and workforce development and have seen our businesses struggle. As a business owner myself, I understand that the city can’t fix every problem, but we can be a resource to those willing to invest in our community. We’ll start with where we are, and utilize the many resources available to us.
It is time for new leadership, someone who inspires improvement and comes with management skills necessary to implement the plan. I have proven experience, necessary skills, and the vision for a better Holbrook to get us back on a strategic path, to strengthening existing businesses and attracting quality industries to our town. Our economic development plan cannot be, “We will take whoever will come.”
We need to proactively solicit those who share our vision, preserve our heritage, and believe in our future. I have put countless volunteer hours into Holbrook because it is my city. Join me in protecting Holbrook and promoting a positive future for our city. I would appreciate your vote.

To the voters of the City of Holbrook:
I am honored to have been the mayor of Holbrook these past three years and hope you will allow me to continue to do so. I have faithfully executed the duties of mayor as listed in the city charter, and I do whatever I can to help wherever needed.
I am proud of the accomplishments made in the city during these years. The city council has worked well together; there is visible evidence of improvements made in our parks, airport, cemetery, community and recreation centers, and gym with more improvements on the horizon.
The city is on firm financial foundation allowing for capital improvement projects like road repair and purchasing needed equipment. Employees are receiving raises and police retirement liability is being paid down. While more needs to be done, city cleanup has also progressed with city property and private properties being cleaned up. My goal as mayor is to help the City of Holbrook to grow and prosper for everyone, not just a few, and I would appreciate your vote allowing me to continue to do so.
