One collision was investigated by Holbrook police officers during the period of Feb. 9-15, according to dispatcher reports. At approximately 1:39 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9, a two vehicle, non-injury collision, was reported at State Route 180 and State Route 77. The vehicles involved were a white Dodge Ram truck driven by Randall Johnson, 71, of Kalispell, Mont., and a Ford SUV driven by Jarvis Begay, 39, of Holbrook. According to the report, Johnson was traveling west on State Route 180 and failed to stop in time to avoid striking Begay’s vehicle from behind as it was at the stop sign at Highway 77. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
