Colletta Joe
Colletta (Joe) Morris was born to Thomas and Flora Joe on Feb. 13, 1938, in Houck, Ariz. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on Jan. 25, 2022.
Her clans were Bit’ahnnii born for Kinyaa’aanii. She had seven siblings, Rosemary, Annie, Freddie, Angela, Felix, Maggie and Juanita.
In 1960, Colletta married Bobby Morris and moved to Holbrook. Together they had five children, Melvin (Carol), Angela (Pete), Angelica (Joel), Angelisa and Bobby Jr. She had eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She spent her life as a homemaker and enjoyed cooking. She loved being with her family. She also enjoyed listening to classic country music.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 4 at Owens-Livingston Mortuary in Holbrook, with graveside services to follow at Holbrook Cemetery.
