The Lady Cats went 2-1 last week, bracketing wins over Seligman and Williams around a home-court loss to a very good Fort Thomas team.
Facing the Antelopes in Seligman on Tuesday, Joseph City had little problems picking up the win. They held Seligman to just 14 points in a 57-14 win.
Hosting Fort Thomas, who was ranked No. 1 in 1A on Friday night, the Lady Wildcats met their match. Joseph City was ranked fourth overall but the Apaches proved their lofty ranking was well deserved with a 73-55 win over the Wildcats.
Joseph City bounced back the following night with a 53-37 home win over visiting Williams.
The Wildcats enter their penultimate week of the regular season with two games on tap. They will host Red Mesa on Wednesday then welcome in Mayer on Saturday. Monday they will play at Ash Fork, then will close out the regular season next Wednesday when they host Seligman.
Joseph City is 15-4 overall and they are now 11-2 in regular season games.
