Holbrook residents celebrated its roots last weekend with entertainment, games, storytelling and a drive-in movie for the residents and visitors to the community. The town, founded in 1881, has a history of rough and rowdy Hashknife cowboys, shootouts and a host of colorful characters from a long-haired crack-shot sheriff to a poet bandit.
