Delwin H. Solomon Delwin H. “Pood” Solomon, 85, of Joseph City passed away on June 30, 2021, at home with loved ones around him. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, at the LDS church located at 8181 Westover Ave. in Joseph City. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. with a short viewing prior from 9 to 9:45 a.m. on Friday, July 9, at the same church building, followed by burial at the Joseph City Cemetery. Pood was born March 5, 1936, in Taylor to William “Bill” Solomon and Idell Hatch Solomon. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, having served in many callings throughout the years. He is survived by Evelyn, his wife of 65 years; three sons, Brent (Joan), Mark (Janelle) and Wayne (Rhona); and two daughters, Rene (Charles Fuentes) and Debra (Casey Fish); 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
