Lisa Marie Ponder Lisa Marie Ponder, 58, passed away peacefully in her home on Feb. 27, 2021. She was born on Oct. 3, 1962, in Las Vegas, Nev., to John and Beverly Ponder. Lisa was the oldest of three daughters. In 1971, the Ponder family moved to Holbrook, where she lived her life with her family and many friends. Some may remember her from working for her father at the Shell station or working at Circle K for many years. She drove around in her yellow jeep, where we all shared great times and memories. Lisa met the love of her life Josh Huggins, in Holbrook. They have been together for 37 plus years. Lisa had a love for the 70’s era, butterflies and Elvis. She had an extensive collection of Elvis memorabilia. She also collected keychains that she would get from all over. Lisa is survived by her two sisters, Shonna Gail Ponder and Angela Jane Ponder; her life partner, Josh Huggins; nephew, John Calvin Morgan; two nieces, Jacqueline Elizabeth Morgan and Ciera Linsey Nicole Irving. She also has two great-nephews, John Cruz Morgan and Caiden Jace Armer; and great-niece, Brynlee Elizabeth Martinez. Lisa is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Norvel Owens Mortuary of Flagstaff handled the arrangements.
