Solia Vargas Solia Vargas, resident of Tucson, passed away at 8 p.m. on Feb. 25, 2021, with family at her side. Solia’s beautiful soul drifted off to be with the Lord. Solia was born on March 17, 1957, in the state of Texas. She lived out her childhood and youth in Holbrook. Solia moved to Tucson, Arizona, in 1990 where she raised her two daughters and worked for the University of Arizona where she retired from. She was survived by her beloved grandchildren, Aliah Drow, Nathen Drow, Izaiah Provencio, Bella Provencio, Dominic Drow, Zach Provencio and Mya Drow; two daughters, Jodie Provencio and Roxanne Drow of Tucson, Arizona; a sister, four brothers and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
