By K. Conner Last Friday the Bulldogs were finally back to a full roster with their big man Dustin Richard who was injured during the Holbrook game finally cleared to return to play. Richard would be the high scorer of the game with 20 points and numerous rebounds. It was a slow start the first quarter but Winslow enjoyed a 15-10 lead and then in the second quarter Winslow stepped up the tempo of the game with the quicker running game they prefer, they outshot the Cougars 19-8 with a half time score of 34-18. The third quarter brought non-stop action on the court, with both teams equally scoring 15-15 and Winslow leading finishing the 51-33. The fourth quarter had Winslow’s Coach Venton Nelson deploy his reserves to get some playing time and the Bulldogs cruised to a 66-55 victory. Roy Billups was in double digits with 13 points and Tyrell Young with 11 points. In double digits for the Cougars were Cougar Cooke with 16 points and Isaiah Halcomb with 12 points.
