“From zombies and clowns to princesses and pirates, instructors and students are ready to add that special touch to your Halloween outfit,” says Chloe Fagotti, Cosmetology faculty chair at NPC. In addition to realistic moulage wounds and dramatic makeup, hair styling and coloring services are also available at discounted prices. Fake wounds or striking makeup will be applied for a $5 fee per wound or body area.

Cosmetology instructors and students have been refining their handiwork, applying wounds and makeup for regional disaster drills. Realistic gunshot and stab wounds, chemical burns and pieces of glass embedded in flesh can add that extra special touch to that gruesome outfit.

For those going for a little more artistic, original work, see those ideas come to life with NPC students’ and instructors’ creative talent. “We do more than just gore,” explains Fagotti. Allow at least one hour for the artists to apply the moulage and makeup.
