The Holbrook City Council met on April 23 with the only items on the agenda including executive session items regarding discussion and consultation with city attorneys and Brown & Brown Law Offices regarding Holbrook’s position in the water adjudication litigation involving communities in the state, and the Navajo and Hopi tribes. No action was taken.
