Snowflake scored twice in the first, then fell behind when Show Low posted three in the bottom of the second. The Lobos regained the lead with three in the third, only to have the Cougars knot the game at 5-5 with two in the bottom of the frame. In the top of the fourth, the Lady Lobos scored four runs, then after giving up only two in the home half they were ahead 9-7 through four innings. Unfortunately those nine runs would be all Snowflake would get. Show Low shut them down the final three innings, then after pulling within one in the bottom of the sixth, Show Low finished the Lobos off with two runs in the bottom of the seventh for the one run win.
