Snowflake’s trip to Page led them to a place that is very difficult for anyone to win at. Page is the defending state champion and is still one of the strong north region teams. The Lobos started okay holding the Sand Devils to just eight first period points. While the Lobo defense was good, their offense struggled to keep up. Snowflake finished the first half with only 10 points against Page’s tough defense. Page outscored the Lobos 35-11 in the second and third periods combined to put the game out of reach before finally sending the Lobos home with a 51-25 loss.
