The Lobos bounced back two days later in fine form with a 69-52 win over visiting Valley Sanders. That momentum didn’t last for long however, with a long road trip to Page on Saturday resulting in a 69-54 loss. In the Page contest Snowflake played well through the first eight minutes and trailed just 19-14. The second period saw that margin grown to 31-23, and both teams matched the other with 17 apiece in the third. In the fourth period, the Lobos gave up 21 points to the Sand Devils who put the game away.
